摘要
介绍了一种二硼化锆和石墨组成的套管式热电偶,采用内电极石墨渗硼、热接点热压焊接和热电偶真空处理等技术获得了优良的热电性能,在温度为1200~1600℃范围内的氧化性气氛中测试,其精度为所测温度的1%左右.
Atubular thermocouple composed of ZrE$2 and graphite is introduced. Excellent thermoelectric properties are obtained by using technologies of graphite boronization for internal electrode, thermo-pressurized welding for thermocontact and vacuum treatment of thermocouple. The accuracy is around 1% of measured temperature within the range of 1200 Deg. to 1600 Deg. C under oxidation atmosphere.
