摘要
针对目前在测定高温拉伸屈服强度Rp0.2时存在的进口设备昂贵、易损的情况,设计了一种新型的套管式引伸杆。利用外套管加内杆组成一副引伸杆,从而改进了老式引伸杆结构过于松散和复杂,且不易操作的弊病,提高了试验效率和可靠性。同时,相比进口的高温引伸计,该新型引伸杆成本低、试验效果理想,可推广应用。
Aiming the imported equipment was expensive and vulnerable for measuring high temperature tensile yield strength Rp0. 2, a new extension poles of sleeve type was designed. A pair of extension poles was composed by the outer sleeve and inner rod, thereby improving the shortcomings of the old extension poles including the complex structure and difficult operability, and improving the efficiency and reliability of test. At the same time, compared with the imported high-temperature extensometer, the new extension could be generalized base on low cost and ideal test results.
