雇佣关系:人力资源管理的基础

摘要 目前,在国内外的人力资源管理和产业关系研究中,大多以实证研究的方式展开,而对于理论体系的构建和剖析相对薄弱,特别是对雇佣关系的理论关注不够。本期劳动关系栏目特选编巴德教授的一篇文章,试图丰富我国人力资源管理和劳动关系研究的理论视野,同时为推进企业人力资源管理工作以及改革政府的公共政策,奠定多元化的理论支撑。现阶段我国正处于经济社会转型的关键时期,公共政策设计者和人力资源管理者都面临着生产率的提高、员工生活改善、劳工标准、工会问题、罢工处理、工人流动性等一系列的问题。希望本文的推出能够在解决我国劳动关系实际问题当中发挥一定的启示作用。本刊将持续关注雇佣关系理论在我国的应用问题,期待广大读者就此话题提供稿件,参与讨论。相关稿件可投递wy@hrdchina.org,邮件标题处注明"参与讨论"的文章字样。
