摘要 通过对表观遗传学的各种机制(DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰、RNA干扰等)在畜禽中的研究应用进行综述,并将其与畜禽的克隆、繁育联系起来,以期为畜禽育种繁殖提供新思路。 The paper reviewed the mechanisms of epigenetics(DNA methylation,histone modification,RNA interference,etc) in the research of livestock and poultry.And it would combined with livestock and poultry cloning,breeding,in order to provide a new thinking of livestock and poultry breeding.
