摘要 RNA干扰(RNA interference,RNAi)是一种沉默靶基因活动的过程,可以实现对特定的mR-NA的选择性降解,进而抑制其翻译过程。论文介绍了RNAi的发现、作用机理、作用特点及其在猪瘟、猪繁殖与呼吸综合征、禽流感、新城疫、狂犬病等动物传染病方面的研究概况。 RNA interference is a process of silencing the activity of target genes, aiming to realize tire degradation of specific mRNA, and inhibit its translation process. This paper introduced the the selec scovery of RNAi, the mechanisms and function characteristics of RNAi and its research progress in classical swine fever, porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome, avian influenza, Newcastle disease and rabies.
