摘要
CBF(C-repeat binding transcription factor/dehydrate responsive element binding factor,DREB)基因是植物CBF抗冷途径的枢纽,主要调控下游大量抗冷基因的表达,对增强植物的抗冷能力极为重要。CBF的表达也受干旱、机械伤、高渗透压等的诱导,且该基因转录因子的积累对植物的生长具有抑制作用。该文对国内外近年来有关CBF基因的功能、诱导表达特点及其在CBF抗冷途径中与上下游基因的联系,以及CBF表达调节因子等方面的研究进展进行综述,为进一步深入研究CBF基因调控的植物抗冷途径及其机理、并通过调控CBF表达增强植物抗冷能力提供参考。
CBF(C-repeat binding transcription factors/dehydrate responsive element binding factor,DREB) gene plays a central role in CBF cold-response pathway in plant.The gene is very important to increasing plant freezing tolerance by regulating various downstream cold-induced genes expression.CBF expression is also induced by dehydration,mechanical agitation and high-salinity.Accumulation of CBF transcripts can results in plant growth inhibiting.Here we review CBF gene research progress,including CBF gene function and expression pattern,relationship with upstream and downstream genes,and its regulators.The information is helpful for the further study on CBF cold-resistance pathway as well as its mechanism,and the improvement of cold tolerance in crops by regulating CBF expression.
