摘要
目的:了解2007-2009年间我院院前急救的疾病分布规律,为急诊科医护人员的专业技术培训及急救药品和设备的配置提供依据。方法:回顾性分析2007-2009年院前急救出诊登记资料。结果:院前9729例急救患者疾病谱中,内科以神经系统疾病为主,外科以创伤为主。结论:应不断加强急诊医护人员对神经系统疾病及创伤患者急救水平的培训。
Objective： To investigate the diseases distribution law in the pre-hospital emergency care from 2007 to 2009,and to supply references not only in training first-aid staff, allocation of first-aid medicine and medical materials. Methods： The registered data of house calls from 2007 to 2009 were analyzed retrospectively. Results： Among the 9729 cases of the diseases spectrum of pre-hospital emergency care, diseases of nervous system were the main medical diseases, while traumas were the main surgical diseases. Conclusion： Medical workers in emergency department should he trained continuously to improve their abilities in rescuing the patients with nervous system and traumas.
