摘要 Lamellarin及其类似物是一类从海洋软体动物中分离出来的具有生物活性的吡咯生物碱,截至2008年已发现70多种,其中Lamellarin H(LMH)具有高效的抑制拓扑异构酶1,抑制HIV-1整合酶等活性,而且对各种肿瘤细胞特别是人类宫颈癌传代细胞(HeLa)具有很好的细胞毒性,从而在医学上有很大的价值。本文综述了LMH的提取与分离,合成及生物活性。 Lamellarins and its derivatives were a group of marine active pyrrole alkaloids isolated from prosobranch mollusks.More than 70 Lamellarins and related pyrrole-derived alkaloids had been isolated and identified so far.As one member of them,Lamellarin H(LMH)exhibited some significant activities for inhibiting the MCV topoisomerase 1 and HIV-1 integrase.Moreover,it was quite cytotoxic toward various human tumor cells especially HeLa cells.So it would be great beneficial in medicine.In this paper,we reviewed the isolation and separation,synthesis and biological activity of LMH.
