摘要
α-溴代苯乙酮及其衍生物是重要的有机合成中间体。为解决α-溴代苯乙酮合成中溴化剂难以选择的问题,采用以苯乙酮为原料,以氢溴酸为溴化剂和催化剂,以双氧水为氧化剂,探索研究了投料比例、反应温度和反应时间对反应的影响。结果表明,在n(苯乙酮)∶n(溴化氢)=1.0∶3.0,n(苯乙酮)∶n(过氧化氢)=1.0∶1.05,反应温度5~15℃,反应时间16~24 h条件下,α-溴代苯乙酮产品收率98%以上,纯度达99%以上。该合成方法操作简单,适合大规模工业生产,是一种新的绿色合成方法。
α-Bromoacetophenone and its derivatives are important intermediates in organic synthesis.In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to select brominating agent in the synthesis ofα-bromoacetophenone,acetophenone was used as raw material,hydrobromic acid was used as brominating agent and catalyst,hydrogen peroxide was used as oxidant,the effects of feed ratio,reaction temperature and reaction time on the reaction were studied.The results showed that under the conditions of n(acetophenone)∶n(hydrogen bromide)=1.0∶3.0,n(acetophenone)∶n(hydrogen peroxide)=1.0∶1.05,the reaction temperature is 5~15℃,the reaction time is 16~24 h,the yield ofα-bromoacetophenon was more than 98%,and the purity was more than 99%.The synthesis method is simple to operate,is suitable for large-scale industrial production,and is a new green synthesis method.
