摘要
管道阴极保护的参数主要有自然腐蚀电位、阴极保护电位、保护电流密度等。正确选择和控制这些参数是决定管道阴极保护效果的关键。文中结合相关标准,通过不同防腐层电流密度值大小对防腐层进行分级,对电流密度异常进行分析,从而判断防腐层有效性,结果发现阴极保护电流密度在评价防腐层性能与阴极保护有效性方面具有很强的指导意义,但关于阴极保护电流密度与防腐层状况的等级评价方面有待进一步的完善细化。
Pipeline cathodic protection parameters include the natural corrosion potential,cathodic protection potential and the protection current density.There parameters decide the effectiveness of cathodic protection.According to the related criterion,different current density values are corresponding to different coating levels.An analysis is made of the current density anomaly to determine the effectiveness of coating.The results show that cathodic protection current density in the evaluation of coating performance and effectiveness of cathodic protection is of great guiding significance.However,cathodic protection current density and evaluation of coating need to be improved for a further refinement.
