摘要
煤矿安全管理系统是一个非常复杂的系统,具有随机性、动态性和模糊性。本文采用熵权法和TOPSIS法相结合的方法,针对煤矿安全评价指标建立了煤矿安全的综合评价模型。通过实例表明,该方法保证了权系数的客观性和准确性,提高了煤矿安全综合评价的有效性和精确性,更加符合客观实际,为煤矿的安全管理提供有力的依据,并且该方法实用性强,在很多领域得到广泛运用。
Coal mine safety management system is a very complicated system, has randomness, dynamic and vague. This paper adopts the entropy weight method and the TOPSIS method, the method of combining for coal mine safety evaluation index established the comprehensive evaluation model of coal mine safety. Through the examples show that this method ensures the weight coefficient of objectivity and accuracy, improve the comprehensive evaluation of coal mine safety the validity and accuracy, more in line with the objective reality, for mine safety management provide strong basis, and this method is practical, widely used in many fields.
