摘要 采用营养液水培法,研究过量磷对菜心(Brassica parachinensis)植株生长、产量和品质的影响。结果表明:与正常磷浓度处理(1mmol/L H2PO4-)比较,3~7mmol/L H2PO4-处理植株生物量和产量均显著降低,5和7mmol/L H2PO4-处理植株根冠比显著增加;随着磷浓度的增加,菜薹表皮花色苷含量和菜薹可溶性糖含量逐渐增加,菜薹硝酸盐含量逐渐降低,三者与营养液磷浓度均呈显著线性关系。 The effects of different phosphorus(P)doses in the nutrient solution on growth,yield and quality of Chinese flowering cabbage(Brassica parachinensis)were investigated.The results showed that compared with normal phosphorus(1 mmol/L H2PO4-)treatment,root applied H2PO4-from 3 to 7 mmol/L produced significantly stunted growth and yield,and addition with 5 and 7 mmol/L H2PO4-resulted in increased root to shoot ratios.Both anthocyanin in flower stalk epidermis and soluble sugar concentration increased while nitrate concentration decreased with the increasing H2PO4-from 1 to 7 mmol/L in nutrient solution.
