摘要
采用水培试验方法研究高磷对番茄(Lycopersicon esculentum Mill)幼苗叶片光合作用的影响。结果表明,与正常水平磷处理(0.660mmol/LH2PO4-)相比,高磷处理(3.300~6.600mmol/LH2PO4-)植株生物量显著降低,光合速率、光补偿点和表观量子产量下降,暗呼吸速率提高,光合午休现象加剧;但高磷处理对叶片叶绿素a、叶绿素b和类胡萝卜素含量没有明显的影响。
Tomato(Lycopersicon esculentum Mill) seedlings were applied with different levels of phosphorus under hydroponic culture to observe their photosynthesis. Compared with the normal phosphorus (0.66 mmol/L H2PO4^-) treatment, high phosphorus treatments (3.30-6.6 mmol/L H2PO4-) led to decline in plant bionmss, photosynthesis rate, light compensation point and apparent quantum production but increase in dark respiration rate and aggravation in photosynthetic "Midday Depression". Chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and carotenoid in the leaves of the seedlings were measured and found not obviously affected by the high levels of phosphorus. The mechanisms of photosynthesis responsive to high and low levels of phosphorus were also discussed.
