摘要
以485Q柴油机连杆为研究对象,采用有限元方法结合模态分析基本理论,对连杆进行了动态特性分析,得到了连杆的固有频率和振型。分析结果表明,连杆在工作过程中承受各种弯曲振动并带有扭转,而杆身靠近小头部位为连杆设计的薄弱环节,易产生疲劳损坏。最后对连杆进行了谐响应分析,得到了连杆工作过程中位移随时间变化的历程图,找到了连杆易发生共振的区域,为设计高性能连杆提供了一定的理论依据,同时为降低高速发动机振动和噪声提供了参考。
For the connecting rod of 485Q diesel engine,using the finite element combining with basic theory of modal analysis,the inherent frequencies and vibration model shapes are obtained through dynamic characteristics analysis.The results show that the point closing to small head position is the weakest points easy to produce fatigue damage.The graphs which displacement changes as time and the regions where easy to produce resonance are obtained during the connecting rod working process through harmonic analysis.It provides theoretical basis for the design of high-performance connecting rods as well as reference for reducing high-speed engine vibration and noise.
