摘要
目的观察鼻唇沟瓣修复外伤性鼻尖缺损的临床效果。方法对15例外伤性鼻尖部缺损患者采用蒂在上的鼻唇沟皮瓣修复。结果全部皮瓣均完全成活，鼻尖外形得到良好恢复。5例术后1年行蒂部修整。术后获随访3—12个月，患者对效果均表示满意。结论鼻唇沟瓣操作简便，血运可靠，并发症少，是外伤性鼻尖缺损修复的良好选择。
Objective To determine the effect of nasolabial flap transplantation on treatment of traumatic nasal tip defects. Methods Fifteen cases of traumatic nasal tip defects were treated by nasolabial interpolation flaps with superior pedicle. Results All flaps survived and nasal tip couture recovered well. The pedicle posi- tion was repaired at 1 year postoperatively in 5 cases. All patients were satisfied with the results after 3 to 12 months following up. Conclusion The nasolahial flap is a good choice for the reconstruction of traumatic nasal tip defects with such advantages as good blood supply, few complications and easy operation performing.
