摘要 通过文献研究,对ATP敏感钾通道的生物学特征进行了分析,在总结心肌ATP敏感钾通道介导心肌保护作用机制的基础上,对ATP敏感钾通道介导运动预适应心肌保护作用的研究进展进行了综述,从不同的研究视角对ATP敏感钾通道介导运动预适应心肌保护作用的研究前景进行了展望。 Using the method of literature review,this paper analyzes the biological character of ATP-sensitive potassium channels.Based on the mechanism of cardioprotection mediated by cardiac ATP-sensitive potassium channels,the research advancement on cardioprotection of Exercise Preconditioning mediated by ATP-sensitive potassium channels has been reviewed.From different research visual angle,the further prospects for research foreground on cardioprotection of exercise preconditioning mediated by ATP-sensitive potassium channels has been proposed.The main purpose is to provide new theory and thought for cardioprotection and mechanism of exercise preconditioning.
