摘要
天然免疫系统发挥防御作用的关键是对病原体的识别,近年来的研究发现Toll样受体(Toll-likereceptors,TLR s)家族作为一种病原体模式识别受体(pattern recognition receptors,PR R s),在天然免疫中通过识别病原微生物及其特殊结构、代谢物等病原体相关分子模式(pathogen-associated m olecular patterns,PAM Ps),激活天然免疫系统,通过刺激信号的级联反应导致细胞因子的产生和协同刺激因子的表达,产生前炎症因子、抗微生物肽以抵御病原微生物所致损害;同时向抗原提呈细胞发出警报,最终激活获得性免疫,在天然免疫和获得性免疫中起到了桥梁的作用。研究显示,有些TLR s在病毒性肝炎的发生和发展中,通过影响肿瘤坏死因子(TN F)、干扰素(IFN)及调节Th1和Th2反应平衡而发挥重要作用。本文就近年来TLR s与病毒性肝炎的相关性研究作一综述。
To discriminate pathogen is the key function of the innate immune system.Recent years,researches indicate as a kind of pattern recognition receptors,toll-like receptors family can detect certain pathogen-associated molecular patterns such as microbial components,their product of metabolism to activate innate immunity,stimulating signaling cascade,initiating the production of cytokine and the expressing of co-stimulating factors,then to produce pro-inflammatory factors,anti-bio-peptide to protect the damage from pathogen giving alarm to antigen-presenting cells,at last it can activate adaptive immunity,working as a bridge between innate immunity and adaptive immunity.Researches display that some TLRs play a key role by interfering with TNF,IFN and regulating the reaction balance between Th1 and Th2 in the progress of viral hepatitis.This article overviewed the study of the correlation between TLRs and viral hepatitis.
