摘要
针对财政农业支出效率问题,采用实证研究的方法,以农业发展银行和农村信用社的支农贷款量作为基础对象,配合财政农业支出规模,分析了财政支出与农业经济增长效率的相关性,提出要增强财政农业投入的透明度与独立性,整合财政金融两种支农力量等建议。研究结果为建立完善有效的财政金融支农体系提供依据。
In view of the efficiency of fiscal expenditure on agriculture,empirical study was adopted to analyze the correlation between the financial expenditure and the efficiency of agricultural economic growth,based on the amount of agriculture loans of the Agricultural Development Bank and rural credit cooperatives,in cooperation with the expenditure scale of fiscal agriculture.Suggestions were put forward to enhance the transparency and independence of fiscal agricultural investment,and to integrate two agriculture-supporting powers of monetary and finance.The results provide reference for the establishment of a perfect and effective system of monetary and financial support for agriculture.
