摘要
目的 观察前臂外侧皮神经营养血管皮瓣的血供和临床应用的可行性。 方法 用 3 7侧成人上肢标本 ,对前臂外侧皮神经营养血管的来源、行径、分支分布及其与头静脉的关系等进行解剖观察 ,并设计了前臂外侧皮神经营养血管远端蒂筋膜皮瓣 ,应用于临床修复手背疤痕切除后遗留创面。 结果 前臂外侧皮神经前支与头静脉紧密伴行 ,其全程由 4支节段性皮动脉发支营养。2例皮瓣均全部成活 ,外观满意。 结论 顺沿头静脉 ,可切取前臂外侧皮神经营养血管筋膜皮瓣 ,用于修复手背软组织缺损。
Objective To observe the blood supply and the clinical feasibility of the lateral antebrachial cutaneous neurovascular flap Methods Thirty seven sides of cadaveric upper extremities were embodied The origin,coures,branches distribution of the nutrient vessels of the lateral antebrachial cutaneous nerve(LACN) and the relationship between these vessels and cephalic vein were studied The lateral antebrachial cutaneous neurovascular flap was designed and used to repairing the wounds in the dorsal of hand. Results The LACN is accompanied closely by the anterior branche of cephalic vein and its nutrient arteries originated from 4 segmental arteries, and both flaps were totally survived Conclusions the lateral antebrachial cutaneous neurovascular flap could be designed along cephalic vein and used to repairing soft tissue defects in the dorsal of hand
