摘要
目的 :探讨远端蒂筋膜皮瓣修复肢体电烧伤深度创面的方法 .方法 :应用前臂和小腿远端蒂筋膜皮瓣修复肢体电烧伤患者 10例 ,11个皮瓣 .其中前臂远端蒂筋膜皮瓣 5个 ,小腿远端蒂筋膜皮瓣 6个 ,皮瓣面积最小 6cm× 3cm ,最大 16cm× 7cm (包括蒂长 ) .筋膜蒂宽 2~ 3cm ,长 3~ 8cm不等 .皮瓣长宽比为 2~ 3 5∶1,最大旋转弧度为 180° .结果 :临床应用 11个皮瓣 ,全部成活 8个 ,随访 0 5~ 2a ,外形和功能较为满意 ;3个皮瓣皮肤发生部分或全部坏死 .结论
Objective: To introduce a method for reconstruction of extremities with electrical injury. Methods: 11 distal-based fasciocutaneous flaps were designed to be used for the reconstruction of extremities with electrical injury in 10 patients. The size of the flaps ranged from 6?cm×3?cm to 16?cm×7?cm. The length and width of the pedicle ranged 3~8?cm and 2~3?cm. The ratio of the length to width of the flap ranged from 2.5~3.5∶1. Some flaps had been successfully transplanted with 180° rotation. Results: 8 flaps survived and only 3 flaps sustained the skin necrosis of the flap. Conclusion: Satisfactory results both in functional and cosmetic aspects had been shown after followed-up for over 6 months.
