媒体外交:一种软权力的传播与扩散被引量：12

摘要报纸、电视、互联网三类媒体都极大地改变了人类历史、人们的生活和人际交往,媒体外交也在这一历史进程中横空出世,改变并影响着国家关系、国际政治和世界局势。在信息化时代,中国务必充分利用自己的优势积极发展媒体外交,而与此同时,又要谨慎管理媒体外交,有效限制其不利因素的扩散。
