摘要
纳氏试剂比色法是测定水中氨氮(NH_3-N)的国家标准方法。根据多年的实际工作经验,叙述了纳氏试剂光度法测定水中NH_3-N的各种影响因素,提出,测试过程中应注意的问题,以降低空白吸光度,减少分析误差,提高测试准确性。
Nessler＇ s reagent colorimetric method is a national standard method.Based on the working practice for years,the problems deserving focus in the detection process are indentified in this article.Experimentally analyzed the impacting factors in the ammonia detection with the Nessler＇s reagent colorimetric method.Put out some problems should be paid in the entire testing process in order to decrease the blank absorbance,reduce analytical errors and enhance the accuracy of tests.
