摘要
2008年全国公路水路运输量统计口径发生变化,给全社会交通需求预测提出了新的问题。基于统计口径变化会带来运输量变化而运输量增长率不变的特点,以河南省全社会客运量多年统计数据为基础,探索统计口径发生变化后全社会客运量预测方法,具有合理性和实用性。
In 2008,the statistical standards of the national highway and waterway transportation volume varied,which raised new problems to the forecast of the whole society traffic demand.Based on the characteristics that the passenger volume varied because of the statistical standards varied but the growth rate didn′t vary,according to the whole society passenger statistical data in Henan Province for many years,the forecast method of the whole society passenger volume was explored after the statistical standards has varied.The method is reasonable and practical.
