摘要
采用热水浸提法从百合中提取百合多糖,蒽酮-硫酸法测定百合多糖的含量,对百合多糖的抗氧化活性进行了初步研究。结果表明,百合粗多糖中多糖含量达到了52.96%;在不同的抗氧化体系中百合多糖均有一定的抗氧化活性,并且抗氧化活性与百合多糖的浓度呈一定的量效关系;对比维生素C试剂可知,在试验浓度范围内,百合多糖对O2-.和.OH的清除能力与维生素C相当,对NO2-的清除能力约为维生素C的1/5,还原能力约为维生素C的1/25。
Water-solube polysaccharide in lily was extracted in hot water and detected by Anthrone-sulfuric method,and then its antioxidant activity was analyzed.The results showed that the average content of polysaccharides in crude extract from lily reached 52.96%.The antioxidant activities of this polysaccharide in different antioxidant assays related to its concentration were observed.Its antioxidant activity for scavenging superoxide radical(O2-·) and hydroxyl free radical(·OH) was equal to vitamin C,the ability of scavenging nitrite(NO2-) was 1/5 of vitamin C,the reducing ability was about 1/25 of vitamin C.
