摘要
介绍了一种大吨位宽幅面工作台龙门移动式压力机的主油缸改进型结构即将快速油缸和导向装置集成于主油缸内的结构。通过对油缸原始结构与改进型结构特征和工作循环过程的分析,指出这种将快速油缸和导向装置集成为一体的活塞式油缸可有效缩小油缸外形尺寸,提高龙门机架刚度并且能够降低材料的消耗。
The structure design improvement on a kind of main cylinder in the heavy tonnage wide table breadth gantry moving hydraulic press is introduced, which means the fast approach cylinder and guiding apparatus is integrate in the main cylinder. By the analysis of the structure character and working cycle process of the original cylinder structure and the improvement design structure, the cylinder outline dimension is effectively shortened and the support gantry rigidity is improved, the material consumption also has been decreased.
