摘要
本文采用数值模拟的方法,主要研究了某闭式小流量模型级无叶扩压器部分的流动情况。通过对其内部流动情况进行详细的分析,归纳总结了其原始结构与内部流动中存在的问题,并对小流量系数模型级摩擦损失较大进行有针对性的改进设计与数值计算,结果显示改进效果较好。
This paper focused on the study of flow characteristics about vaneless diffuser in a certain closed model stage with small flowrate using the method of numerical simulation.Through the detailed analysis on the internal flow,the problems existing in the original structure and internal flow are summarized here.The pertinent design modification and numerical calculation are carried out focusing on the major cause of large friction loss due to the model stage with small flow coefficient.And the test results are satisfying.
