摘要
1 ~5 g 试样于刚玉坩埚中经Na2 O2 熔融分解,王水浸取后蒸发脱水除SiO2 ,碲共沉淀富集铂族元素和金,用同位素稀释- 等离子体质谱法测定Ru 、Pd 、Ir 和Pt,内标法测定Rh 和Au 。按取样5 g 计算,方法的测定限小于0 .35 ng/ g ,经CCRMP( Canadian certified referencematerial project)6 个铂族元素标样分析验证,其结果与标准值基本吻合,5 次平行测定的RSD 在1 .5 % ~6 .5 % 。
A method for fast determination of platinum group elements (PGEs) and gold in geological samples by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was developed. 1~5 g sample was decomposed with Na 2O 2 in corundum crucible. After dissolving the fused disc with aqua regia and evaporating the solution to dryness for removing the SiO 2, PGEs were concentrated by Te co precipitation. Ru, Pd, Ir and Pt were determined by ID ICP MS. Rh and Au were determined by internal standard ICP MS. For 5 g sample, the detection limits for these elements are < 0.3 ng/g. The method has been applied to the determination of PGEs and gold in six CCRMP precious metal reference materials. The results are in agreement with the certified values with precision of 1.5%~6.5% RSD ( n =5).
