摘要
探讨铁蛋白反应器在模拟流动海水体系中储存有毒金属离子的能力及规律.在体外,脱铁核铁蛋白能重新构建新的铁核且核中多数铁组分经含有5% 氯化钠的海水处理后仍可稳定于蛋白壳中,只有少量对H+ 或OH- 较敏感的铁组分随反应体系的pH值增加或减少而被直接释放于介质中.此外,铁蛋白还能储存Co2+ 、Ni2+ 、Mn2+ 和Zn2+ 等有毒金属离子,并释放相对应的铁量,其储存离子量和释放Fe3+ 量的摩尔比为1:1,该储存量及能力与环境介质的pH值有关,与Na+ 、K+ 、Ca2+ 等非过渡金属离子无关.经改造后的铁蛋白反应器预计可用于监测流动水域的有毒金属离子.
The capacity and law that ferritin reactor storing poisonous m etal ions w ere probed in im itating system offlowing sea-w ater. Anew iron core w as constituted by apo- ferritin in vitro, in w hich m ostofiron com ponents within the core w ere stillstable afterbeing treated by thesea-w atercontaining 5% NaCl. How ever, afew iron com ponentssensitiveto H+ and OH- w ithin the iron core w ere directly released w hen pH in the m edium increased or de- creased in the reaction system . Theferritin had capacity to storesom epoisonousm etalionsin- cluding Co2+ , Ni2+ , Mn2+ and Zn2+ and release the relative iron w ithin the core. Them olecular ratio ofthe stored ions to the released iron w as know n to be 1:1. In addition, the capacity of ferritin to store m etalions w as closely dependenton the pH ofthe m edium and independentof the existence ofnon-transition m etalionssuch asNa+ ,K+ ,Ca2+ etc. Am odified ferritin reactor is expected to be used for m onitoring pollution degree ofpoisonous m etalions in flow ing sea- w ater.
