脑利钠肽临床应用的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 脑利钠肽(Brain natriuretic peptide,BNP)是利钠肽类的一种肽类神经激素,同族的还有心房利钠肽(ANP)和C-型利钠肽(CNP),1988年由日本学者SUDOH等从猪脑中分离纯化出来,随后被证明大量存在于人类心肌组织中,并主要由心肌细胞分泌,与ANP均属心脏利钠肽类。后来则采用生物技术,利用脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)基因重组技术人工合成生产。
