摘要
目的观察脑心通胶囊治疗缺血性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将109例缺血性脑梗死患者随机分为对照组(54例)和治疗组(55例);对照组采用常规疗法,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用脑心通胶囊,疗程20天。结果治疗组总有效率为87.3%,对照组为68.5%(P<0.01);治疗后两组神经功能缺损程度评分均明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),且治疗组的评分较对照组低(P<0.01);治疗后治疗组血液流变学指标有不同程度降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),且与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论脑心通胶囊治疗缺血性脑梗死的临床疗效确切。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Naoxintong Capsule＂ in the treatment of ischemic cerebral infarction.Methods One hundred and nine subjects were randomized into two groups： control group in which 54 cases were treated by routine modality and treatment group in which 55 cases were treated by routine modality plus ＂Naoxintong Capsule＂,with a course of 20 days.Results The overall effective rate was 87.3% in the treatment group and 68.5% in the control groups,with a significant difference between them（P0.01）.After treatment,the stroke scales were decreased in both groups（P0.05,P0.01）,with a more significant decrease in the treatment group than in the control group（P0.01）;the hemorheological indexes were reduced in the treatment group（P0.05,P0.01）,with significant differences between the two groups（P0.05,P0.01）.Conclusion ＂Naoxintong Capsule＂ is quite effective against ischemic cerebral infarction.
