塔架和自然界中竹子所受的载荷类型相同,通过仿生学的方法,提出了带加强结的仿竹结构塔架。弯曲刚度分析表明,带加强结塔架的挠度比普通塔架的挠度有所降低,降低量的大小与加强结所占的比例成正比,与加强结刚度的增加量成正比,随加强结数增加而增大。带加强结塔架的轴向压缩变形量、扭转角、剪切变形量均有所减小,减小量大致与加强结占的比例成正比。而强度分析则表明,加强结对塔架应力大小的分布,特别是最值应力的大小和区域没有影响。塔架添加加强结可行,符合工程实际。
The stiffness and strength of tower imitating bamboo have been study. In order to get wind genera- tors tower with good mechanical properties, the load on tower is enumerated, which according to the deforma- tion effect on the tower is divided into four kinds. The load on bamboo and the one on the tower are compared and found to be of the same type. Through the method of bionics, the tower with stiffening ring imitation bamboo is put forward. The bionic tower is simplified to beam. Deflection of bionic tower with stiffening ring shows litter than other kind tower. The reduction of deflection is proportional to the proportion of stiffening ring, and the increase stiffness of the stiffening ring, and increases with stiffening ring number. Axial com- pression, torsion deflection and shear deformation of bionic tower are reduced. The reduction is proportional to proportion of partition on the whole. Analysis shows that, strength of partition on bionic tower has no effect on the stress distribution, especially on the size and area of the largest stress value. Take the imitation of bamboo structure, better stiffness is got and the structure with partition accord engineering practice.
