摘要
对600MW汽轮机喷嘴室的冷态启动过程进行分析,建立温度场数学计算模型,设置初始条件和边界条件,确定在启动过程中喷嘴室内壁的对流换热系数和外壁温度。用有限元软件对喷嘴室进行模拟分析,得出了冷态启动过程中喷嘴室的温度场和应力场。找出了应力集中的位置,并分析影响应力大小的原因,为喷嘴室的设计加工及机组安全启动提供理论参考。
Analyzing the cold start process of the 600MW steam turbine nozzle clamber, and setting up the mathematical model of temperature field, the initial conditions and the boundary conditions. Then calculating the convective heat transfer coefficient of interior wall of nozzle chamber and the outer wall temperature in the start up process. The nozzle is analyzed by using the finite element software to get the temperature field and stress field in the process of cold start up. Finding out the location of stress concentration; analyzing the affecting causes, providing theoretical reference for designing of the nozzle chamber and ensuring its safety starting.
