摘要
文章以集美大学诚毅学院为例,从独立学院与母体大学毕业生的综合就业能力比较分析出发,从出口"回看"培养质量,对独立学院如何提升毕业生的综合就业能力提出建议,力求促进母体大学和独立学院的教育教学改革,相互促进达到双方共同良性发展的效果。
Taking Chengyi College of Jimei University as an example,a comparative study of the overall employability among graduates from independent colleges and parent universities was conducted.Standing at the viewpoint of the outlet of an educational institute,this paper looks back upon the educational qualities and puts forward suggestions as to how independent colleges improve employability of their graduates,in order to promote each other to achieve good results in the efforts of educational reform both in independent colleges and their parent universities.
