摘要 采用冲击滑动磨损试验装置研究系泊链22MnCrNiMo钢在冲击载荷作用下的磨损特性,并用电子分析天平、扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪等手段分析材料的磨损规律以及磨痕表面的形貌。结果表明:22MnCrNiMo钢的单位时间磨损量随冲击载荷的增加先减小后增加;磨损表层组织在冲击载荷作用下发生严重的塑性变形而从磨痕边缘挤出、剥落,导致材料流失,22MnCrNiMo钢在冲击载荷的作用下磨损机制主要为剥层磨损。 Impacting-sliding wear test facility is used to research wear characteristics of 22CrMnNiMo steel of mooring chain under impact load,wear pattern of material and surface of wear trace by means of SEM,EDS and electronic analytical balance.Wear-down decreases with the rise of impact load,but this does not last forever,and wear-down rises dramatically when it decrease to some extent.Plastic deformation of sample surface is development under impact-sliding effect,and materials are extruded through edge of wear trace.The loss of materials is produced by the repetitive process.The wear mechanism of 20CrMnNiMo steel under impact load is explained by delamination theory.
