摘要
目的了解血清循环免疫复合物(CIC)及总胆固醇(TC)含量在缺血性脑血管疾病发病中的意义和作用。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定脑梗死(60例)及健康人(60例)血清CIC和血脂总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)水平,并将其与相关指标进行对比分析。结果脑梗死组患者CIC含量为(0.62±0.12)mmol/L,显著高于健康人组(P<0.05);脑梗死组60例患者中,CIC异常者25例,异常率为41.7%,TC异常者13例,异常率为21.7%,TG异常者19例,异常率为31.7%;CIC与TC、TG均有明显相关性(r=0.34,P<0.05;r=0.15,P<0.05),较健康组差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论循环免疫复合物含量升高与缺血性脑血管疾病的发生关系密切,且有重要的诊断意义。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the significance and potential role of circulating immune complexes(CIC)in the pathogenesis of ischemic cerebral diseases.METHODS Serum CIC-C levels were determined in patients with cerebral infarction(CI)and healthy volunteers.Comparison was made among CIC 1evels and related parameters.RESULTS The level of CIC in patients with cerebral infarction(CI) was 0.62±0.12 mmol/L,higher than healthy volunteers(P0.05 or P0.01).There were 25 patients(41.7%)with high CIC level,13(21.7%)with high TC level,19(31.7%)with high TG level.Compared serum CIC levels with TC,r=0.34,P0.05,Compared serum CIC levels with TG,(r=0.15,P0.05),were significantly increased in patients.Positive correlations were found between CIC and TC levels in patients as well as TG(P0.05).The abnormal incidence of CIC-C was much higher than that of TC and TG.CONCLUSION These data suggest that elevation of CIC level is closely associated with the development of cerebral diseases,and it is of importance to serve as a marker for clinica1 diagnosis.
