摘要
本文测定了90例ASCVD患者和120例对照的血脂、ApoB100、Lp（a）和oxLDL，以探讨它们对ASCVD的辅助诊断价值．结果表明：对于ASCVD的实验室检查，oxLDL（834±379μg／L对对照组的442±193和446±215μg／L，P＜0．001）可能在特异性和敏感性方面优于其他项目，APoB100亦有显著差异，而LP（a）则是反映遗传背景的一个较好的指标．在常规血脂检测中，HDL-C／TC比值有一定价值．
The serum lipoprotein, plasma oxLDL, ApoB100 and Lp(a) were determined in 90 patients with ASCVD and 120 non-ASCVD controls. The results show that plasma oxLDL in ASCVD was significantly higher than that of controls (834±379μg/L vs 442± 193 & 446 ± 215'P＜0.001), and ApoB100 has the same meaning as well as HDL-C/TC ratio, whereas Lp (a) was a goodmark reflecting the high-risk inhibtent background.
