摘要
目的观察复方甘草酸苷片联合盐酸左西替利嗪片治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法将150例慢性荨麻疹患者随机均分成治疗组和对照组,两组患者均每日口服盐酸左西替利嗪5mg,治疗组同时口服复方甘草酸苷2片,3次/d,均治疗观察4周,评价疗效。结果治疗组与对照组的疗效差别有统计学意义,治疗组疗效优于对照组(χ2=7.55,P=0.006)。结论复方甘草酸苷片联合盐酸左西替利嗪片治疗慢性荨麻疹,疗效肯定,不良反应少,可供临床选用。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of compound glycyrrhizin together with levocetirizine dihydrochloride for chronic urticaria.Methods 150 patients with chronic urticaria were randomized to divide into the treatment group and control group.Two groups all received levocetirizine dihydrochloride（5mg,once daily）.Meanwhile,the treatment group received compound g lycyrrhizin（2 tablets 3 times daily）.The efficiency was evaluated at the end of 4 week treatment.Results There was a significant difference for the clinical effectiveness of treatment between treatment group and control group（χ2=7.55,P=0.006）.Conclusion Compound glycyrrhizin combined with levocetirizine dihydrochloride in treatment of chronic urticaria is effective,safe and provide an alternative therapeutic method for clinicians.
