摘要
为了提高循环流化床锅炉机组热渣热能利用效率,建立了300 MW循环流化床锅炉机组所用两种冷渣器热效率与效率的计算模型并对其进行了性能计算分析.结果显示,两种冷渣器的热效率与效率差异很大,二者均热效率较高而效率较低.因此今后开发大容量、高效率的冷渣器对于大型循环流化床锅炉的节能具有重要作用.
In order to improve the heat energy efficiency of hot slag, the thermal-efficiency and exergy-efficiency calculation models of two types of ash cooling equipment of a 300 MW circulating fluidized bed boiler were established and their performance was calculated. The results show that the two types of cooling equipment differ great in thermal-efficiency and exergy-efficiency, and that their thermal-efficiency is obviously higher than their exergyefficiency. So to develop ash cooling equipment with a large scale and a high efficiency is essential for energy-saving of a large-scale CFB boiler.
