摘要
文章介绍了国内循环流化床(CFB)锅炉冷渣器的应用概况,对几种常用冷渣器的基本原理作了简要说明与比较,提出了选用冷渣器应注意的事项(如热能回收利用与灰渣综合利用;与碎煤机同时选型;适应煤质特性等);指出了滚筒冷渣器是与大型CFB锅炉配套的优选冷渣器。
This paper gives an introduction to the application status of slag coolers of CFB boilers in China,briefs and compares the basic principles of several kinds of slag coolers often used,puts forward the problems needing attention in the choice of slag coolers and analyzes the new choice trends of slag coolers of large size CFB boilers.
