摘要
玉液汤由清代著名医家张锡纯创立,收载于《医学衷中参西录》中。其配伍以补脾益肾,益气生津,润燥止渴,固肾摄津为主要功效,针对糖尿病以脾气亏虚不得升清以转输津液为主,同时兼有胃燥津伤和肾虚不固的病机进行治疗。通过现代单味药的药理研究和复方研究,该方不仅可改善症状,还可降低血糖,改善胰岛素抵抗,并具有一定的调节脂代谢的作用。
