硝普钠联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭临床观察 被引量：9

摘要 目的观察硝普钠联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭（CHF）的临床疗效。方法84例CHF患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组（40例）给予硝普钠、洋地黄、利尿、硝酸酯类、血管紧张素转换酶抑制荆或血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂等常规抗心力衰竭药物，治疗组（44例）在常规抗心力衰竭用药的基础上，用加芪苈强心胶囊，根据临床症状、超声、B型脑尿钠肽（BNP）水平、住院天数统计治疗效果。结果治疗组临床总有效率、左室舒张末径、射血分数明显提高（p〈0．05），B型脑尿钠肽（BNP）水平下降，住院天数缩短，与对照组对比有显著性差异。结论硝普钠联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗CHF能明显提高临床疗效，缩短了住院天数，值得临床推广。
