摘要
目的:对山西吕梁地区小学生进行营养干预,调查、分析、评价其膳食营养和身体发育状况,为制定贫困地区小学生科学合理膳食供给提供依据。方法:采用食堂称重法和24h膳食回顾法相结合的方法,对吕梁2所寄宿制小学校283名学生进行3d的膳食调查;依照标准进行体格检查和评价。结果:该地区被调查小学生膳食结构以及各营养素的摄入量均存在着较大的不合理,宏观营养素中的蛋白质、微量营养素中的Ca和VA的缺乏尤为严重。应增加动物性食物摄入(肉、蛋、奶类)及水果的摄入量,以促进健康成长。
Objective:Base on the nutritional intervention to the primary school students in Luliang of Shanxi province,we investigate,analyzed and evaluated their dietary and physical development status to generate a scientific and rational basis,on which we drafted a nutrient food supply for the primary school students in the poor areas.Method:Combining the cafeteria food weighing-method and 24 hour recall method,we investigated the dietary situation of 283 students in 2 boarding primary school in the survey for 3 d.And we examed and evaluated their physical development in accordance with standards.Result:There was a notable unreasonable condition in both dietary structure and nutrition ration for the students.The deficiency of protein in macro-nutrients and Ca and VA in micro-nutrients is particularly serious.We conclude that the students should increase the intake of animal food,such as meet,egg and milk,and the intake of fruit to promote healthy growth.
