摘要
利用具有趋骨性和抗炎镇痛活性的双膦酸化合物与治疗风湿性关节炎的解热镇痛药的加和作用,设计并合成了5个解热镇痛药——双膦酸酯偶联物,希望得到骨靶向性的治疗骨关节炎的先导物。
Bisphosphonates have bone seeking affinity, antiarthritic and analgesic activity as well. In order to research bone targeted leading compounds with high activity of antihypertrophic arthritics and low toxicity, five antiinflammatory analgesics bisphosphonate compounds were designed and synthesized.
