摘要
采用油酸与亚磷酸、三氯化磷反应,合成了一种含羟基烷叉双膦酸的钛铁矿捕收剂,并进行了钛铁矿浮选试验,获得了钛精矿产率38.82%,TiO2品位47.52%,回收率75.82%的技术指标。该捕收剂选择捕收性能优良,合成工艺简单,利于在工业上推广应用。
A bisphosphonic acid series collector used for floating ilmenite was synthesized,and an experimental research on flotation of ilmenite was performed by using this collector.Test results showed that a titanium concentrate of 47.52% TiO2 is obtained with a recovery of 75.82%,and the yield of titanium concentrate is 38.82%.The collective property of this kind of collector is satisfactory,its synthetic technology is simple,and it can conveniently be popularized in commercial production process.
