摘要
攀枝花选钛厂现行生产流程未对-0.04mm粒级物料中的钛铁矿进行回收。采用重选、磁选和浮选方法进行了回收细粒钛铁矿的试验研究,结果表明,强磁-浮选流程表现出良好的适应性,对于含TiO_29.0%~11.3%的给矿,可获得含TiO_246.57%~46.97%的钛精矿,回收率为39.34%~54.27%。
In the Panzhihua Concentration Plant, ilmenite in-0.04 mm feed was not recovered by the present production flowsheet. Experimental tests of recovering fine ilmenite were carried out by gravity separation, magnetic separation and flotation separation.The results show that the high intensity magnetic separation-flotation separation flowsheet has good adaptability. For feed containing 9.0%~11.30% TiO_2, Ti concentrate containing 46.57%~46.97% TiO_2 can be obtained with a recovery of 39.34%~54.27%.
