摘要
本文通过认真分析广西高校留学回国青年教师的特点,针对目前留学回国青年教师工作中存在的问题,提出加强政治素质教育、发挥团队协同互助作用、开展有针对性的岗前培训和制定倾向性的优惠新政策等培养和管理对策,有效促进留学回国青年教师个人发展和高等教育的健康发展,实现高校和留学回国青年教师的"双赢"。
After analyzing the characteristics of young teachers returning back to universities after studying abroad and taking into consideration the problems existing in their work, this paper makes out the following strategies: the education of political quality should be enhanced;the role of mutual cooperation should be played;direct training before taking up the post of teaching should be carried and new favorable--oriented policy should be made. Thus to promote the personal development of the young teachers returning back to universities after studying abroad and the healthy development of universities and to realize the "win --win" between the universities and young teachers returning back to universities after studying abroad.
