摘要
论文选取广西旅游院校青年教师为调研对象,设计了工作本身、工作环境条件、人际关系、薪酬福利待遇、进修晋升、领导与管理等6个维度的工作满意度量表,通过统计分析,总结出青年教师工作满意度在构成因素、人口统计因素各个方面的现状,在此基础上有针对性地提出了提高广西旅游院校青年教师工作满意度的具体策略,为学校的管理决策提供了相关的依据。
This article produced a survey contains the job itself, working environment conditions, interpersonal relationship, salary welfare treatment,further promotion, leadership and management six dimensions of job satisfaction. Throughing a variety of statistical analysis of young teachers of tourism colleges in Guangxi,the author drew a conclusion that these young teachers' overall satisfaction level was low, except in the job itself and interpersonal two aspects of satisfaction. Finally,based on the investigation and analysis of the results,the author put forward some strategies to improve their job satisfactions,and with the hope to give some suggestions for these universities management decisions.
