摘要
本文从影响思想政治教育实效性的因素出发,深入分析观念因素、管理因素、人本因素等方面在思想政治教育中的作用,进而有针对性地提出增强思想政治教育实效性的对策。
In this paper, from the effectiveness of ideological and political education of factors ,we analysed the concept factors, management factors, human factors and other aspects of the role of ideological and political education deeply, and then put forward the effective countermeasures of ideological and political education.
