摘要
为研究盐度对铜绿微囊藻生长的影响,探索盐度控藻的可行性,将铜绿微囊藻在实验室内置于不同盐度下进行培养,结果显示:盐度大于5的三个试验组在试验开始的24 h内藻体即出现发白、沉底现象,生长速率为负值;至培养后期,0~5盐度组中铜绿微囊藻的生长速率随盐度的增加而呈依次递减。统计分析表明:在盐度为0~1时,其对铜绿微囊藻的生长影响不显著;当盐度在2~5时,铜绿微囊藻的生长速率(μ)随盐度(S)升高而降低,相关方程为μ=-0.040 3 S+0.295 9(R2=0.967 1);铜绿微囊藻的长期最大耐受盐度在7左右。
In order to study the effect of salinity on the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa and explore the feasibility of controlling Microcystis aeruginosa by salinity,the Microcystis aeruginosa was cultured in the different salinities in laboratory.The results showed that Microcystis aeruginosa changed to pale and sank at the first 24 hours in three experimental groups of which the salinity was more than five,and the growth rate was negative;in later culture period,the growth rate of Microcystis aeruginosa in the 0~5 salinity experimental groups declined with increasing salinity.Statistic analysis showed that the influence of salinity on the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa was not significant when the salinity was among 0~1;when salinity was among 2~5,the growth rate(μ) declined with increasing salinity(S),and the correlation equation was μ=-0.040 3 S+0.295 9(R2=0.967 1);the highest tolerance salinity of Microcystis aeruginosa was about 7.
