高效液相色谱法同时测定饮料中十种食用合成着色剂 被引量:10

Determination of ten synthetic colorant in beverage products by high performance liquid chromatography with variable wavelength detector

摘要 建立了一种多波长同时测定饮料中十种食用合成着色剂(柠檬黄,苋菜红,胭脂红,日落黄,诱惑红,亮绿SF,监牢绿,亮蓝,酸性橙,碱性嫩黄O)的高效液相色谱法。样品在酸性条件下于60℃水浴聚酰胺粉吸附30min,碱性条件下无水乙醇-氨水-水(体积比为70:1:29)解吸,采用高效液相色谱法分离,可变波长检测器检测,外标法定量。结果表明,十种合成着色剂在0.1~10.0μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9981~0.9998。当添加水平在0.5~10.0μg/mL范围内,样品加标平均回收率在76.6%~108%,日内精密度范围在1.0%~7.5%,日间精密度在2.1%~12.0%。其中柠檬黄,苋菜红,胭脂红,日落黄,诱惑红,监牢绿,亮蓝,碱性嫩黄O的检出限为0.1μg/mL,亮绿和酸性橙为0.2μg/mL。该方法灵敏度高,重现性好,完全满足合成着色剂多残留分析的要求。 An analysis method for the determination of synthetic colorant residue in beverage products by high performance liquid chromatography-Variable Wavelength Detector was developed.Under acid condition,samples were adsorpted for 30 minutes by polyamide powder in 60℃ and then desorpted by alkaline ethanol-ammonia-water(volume ratio 70:1:29)under alkaline condition.The residues were determined by high performance liquid chromatography with Variable Wavelength Detector by external standard method.The results showed that the linear correlation of residue solvents was good in the range of 0.1 ~ 10.0μg/mL and the linear correlation coefficient was in the range of 0.9981 ~ 0.9998.When 0.5 ~ 10.0μg/mL samples were added,the average recoveries were 76.6% ~ 108% and the intra-and inter-day rates were in the range of 1.0% ~ 7.5% and 2.1% ~ 12.0% respectively.The detection limit of Tartrazine(E102),Amaranth,Ponceau 4R,Sunset yellow,Allura acid AC(E129),Fast green FCF,Brilliant blue and Auramine O were 0.1μg/mL,and Light green SF yellowish and Acid orange were 0.2μg/mL.This method was suitable for the analysis of synthetic colorants residue in beverage products.
